Our commitment
We want every Scrutex customer to feel confident in their subscription. If the platform hasn't met your expectations, we want to hear from you and make it right.
Monthly subscriptions
For monthly subscribers, you may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days in a monthly billing period.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscribers are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. If you cancel within 30 days and are not satisfied with the platform, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. After 30 days, cancellations take effect at the end of the annual subscription period with no refund of the remaining term.
Exceptional circumstances
We consider refund requests outside of these standard terms on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, including extended unplanned platform unavailability, billing errors, or significant changes to features included in your subscription tier. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email address and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day and to process any approved refunds within five business days.
